Four doors
Services.
No prices on the site — every door opens with a real conversation first. I want to know your story before we talk numbers. That is part of how I see you.
The Foundation
8-week starter · in-person or online
"The first door. The one most people walk through."
Eight weeks is not a magic number. It is the length of time it takes for a body to start trusting its own work — for sleep to deepen, for clothes to fit a little different, for the staircase to lose its menace. The Foundation is the program I built for the very first stretch.
We start with a real conversation, then an honest baseline: mobility, balance, current strength, what your knees and shoulders will allow. From there we build two to three sessions a week — short, doable, designed around the time you actually have. We layer in plant-forward nutrition guidance, simple swap by simple swap.
I check on you on the off-days. Not to police you — to companion you. You will end the eight weeks with a body that has remembered how to move, and a coach who knows your name, your story, and your weeks ahead.
What's inside
- →Two to three structured sessions per week
- →Weekly written check-ins from me
- →Plant-forward nutrition primer & swaps
- →Mobility and balance baseline + reassessment at week eight
The Build
3-month transformation · in-person or online
"When eight weeks felt good and you want the real thing."
The Build is where the small wins compound. Twelve weeks is enough time to add visible strength, real cardiovascular capacity, and the kind of confidence you can hear in your own voice. This is the program for clients who have done The Foundation, or who arrive already convinced the work is theirs to do.
We progress your strength training intentionally — barbell, dumbbell, band, body weight, whichever fits your life. We dial in plant-based nutrition with a real plan: protein targets, fiber, hydration, what to eat on busy weeks, what to eat after a hard session. We track. We celebrate. We adjust honestly when life happens.
By the end of three months, the program is not the thing you do anymore. It is part of how you live. Your before-and-after is not a photo. It is your Tuesday.
What's inside
- →Progressive strength programming, periodized
- →Plant-based nutrition plan with weekly adjustments
- →Twice-monthly video check-ins
- →Mid-block reassessment and goal recalibration
Inner Circle
1:1 ongoing coaching
"All-in. Open-ended. For when this becomes part of who you are."
Inner Circle is intimate, ongoing, all-in coaching for clients who are ready to make this a permanent part of their life. It is for the woman who wants to be deadlifting at sixty-five with a smile on her face. It is for the man who has decided the next thirty years are going to be lived in a body that can keep up.
Programming is fully bespoke and updates with you week-to-week. Nutrition is collaborative — I learn your kitchen, your favorite plant proteins, your work travel, your holidays. Communication is direct and warm: I am a text message away on training days. You will not feel like a number.
This is the deepest work and it is reserved. I take a small number of Inner Circle clients at a time so the attention is real. If you think you might be ready, write to me and tell me your story.
What's inside
- →Fully bespoke weekly programming
- →Direct-line communication on training days
- →Quarterly deep-dive strategy & goal sessions
- →Limited roster — application by conversation
Small Group Training
in-person, Chicago
"The warmth of a community, the precision of a coach."
Group training, the way it should be done. Small, named, programmed for the room — never a generic class. Most groups land at 4 to 6 people, all roughly the same season of life. The room knows your name by week two. By week six, you have friends.
Group training is the bridge for people who want the energy of community and the affordability of shared sessions, with the conscience of a coach who refuses to lose anyone in the back row. I program the whole hour. I scale on the fly. I see you.
Groups run in eight-week cohorts so the chemistry has time to set. New cohorts open a few times a year — write to be the first to hear when the next one opens.
What's inside
- →4–6 person cohorts, 8-week format
- →Programming written for the room
- →Scalable on the fly — knees, shoulders, days you slept badly
- →Community without losing you in the crowd
Not sure which door?
Walk in anyway.
We'll figure it out together — that's literally my job.
