Thrive 91:16 Fitness ("we", "I", "Moiche") is a personal coaching practice based in Chicago, IL. This site is a static brochure. I want to be honest about what happens with your information.

What this website collects

This site does not run analytics, ad pixels, or third-party trackers. There are no contact forms — the only way you can reach me from this site is by clicking the phone or email link, which opens your own phone or email app.

Your web host may log standard request metadata (IP, user-agent, timestamp) for security purposes. I do not access or use those logs to identify you.

What I collect when you contact me

When you email, text, or call me, I receive what you send: your name, your message, and your contact info. I store that in my email or phone, the same way any human being keeps in touch with anyone else. I do not feed it into a CRM, a mailing list, or a marketing automation tool unless you explicitly opt in to one.

What I do with that information

I use it to write back to you, schedule conversations, and — if we work together — to coach you well. That's the entire purpose.

I do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with any third party for marketing. I do not use your story or your name publicly without your written permission.

Your rights

You can ask me to delete every record I have of you at any time. Email me and I will confirm within seven days. You can ask to see what I have. Same answer.

Children

This practice serves adults aged 40–75. The site is not designed for or directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be made obvious.
