I see you.You got this
You didn't gain it all at once. We aren't going to lose it all at once either. Eight weeks of consistency, no shame, no promises — just the work, and somebody in your corner who actually sees you.
The Method · 91:16
Three lines. One promise to you.
Read it like a verse. Live it like a habit. The whole method is here.
- 01
I see you
You are not a before-photo. We start where you actually are — body, schedule, and life — and we build from there.
- 02
I got you
Programming, check-ins, and the kind of accountability that feels like a friend who happens to know anatomy. No drill sergeant. No shame spiral.
- 03
You can do this
Strength on a plant-based plate. Mobility that survives a flight of stairs. Confidence that survives the mirror.
How it goes
The order of things.
No made-up magic 5-step framework, just how we actually begin.
A real conversation
We talk like people, not like a sales call. You tell me what hurts, what you've tried, what you actually want. I tell you if I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll say so.
Your starting line, mapped
We assess: mobility, baseline strength, sleep, the foods you love, the schedule you actually have. The plan bends around your life, not the other way around.
Eight weeks of showing up
Two or three sessions a week, plus the small things between. I check on you. You check in with me. We adjust together. Eight weeks in, your clothes will fit different.
What you keep
Confidence in the mirror, breath at the top of the stairs, numbers your doctor will notice. And a way of moving that belongs to you for the next 30 years.
What you've been telling yourself
"I don't know how I gained all this weight so fast. I used to be better with working out, and I just stopped. I just don't have any motivation."
Here is what I hear when you say that
You are tired. You are tired of starting over. You are tired of programs built for 21-year-olds in CrossFit gyms. You are tired of being talked at.
Motivation is not the problem. Companionship is.

Eight weeks from now
You will sound different when you talk about your body.
In the mirror
Feel — and look — good in your clothes again. Not someone else's body. Yours, at its best.
On the stairs
Climb a full flight without stopping, without the wheeze, without the apology.
At the check-up
Health markers your doctor will actually circle — blood pressure, energy, sleep, strength.
Voices from the practice
What people say after.
I was having pain in my knees and hips and difficulty walking up the stairs. Now the pain has decreased, and I can walk up the stairs much more easily.
My cycle was painful and long, and my energy levels were low. Now my cycle comes without pain and has shortened, and I have more sustained energy.
I have noticed less pain in my shoulders, I have more range of motion, and my blood pressure levels have improved.
Three ways to begin
Pick the door that fits.

About the coach
Before this, I was a PE teacher and a mom.
I taught children how to fall, and how to get up. Then I worked one-on-one with a coworker after the bell. Watching her get her body — and her mood — back, I knew this was the work.
I refuse to make any client feel like this is just about the money. I refuse to make promises I can't keep. The thing I will give you is real attention.
Common objections
I've tried before and quit. Why would this be different?+
Because we won't ask you to be a different person. The plan bends to your life — your knees, your schedule, your plate. And I check on you. That alone changes everything.
I don't have time.+
Most weeks we'll find 90–120 minutes total. Not 90 a day — 90 a week. The rest is small things: a 10-minute walk, a swap at dinner, two sets in the kitchen while the kettle boils.
I don't have money for a fancy gym.+
Online coaching from your living room works. Resistance bands, body weight, a chair. We'll build what you can sustain, not what looks good on Instagram.
Can I really do this on a plant-based diet?+
Yes. I'll show you the math, the meals, and the muscle. Strength can be built on plants — I won't stop saying it because it keeps being true.
One last thing
I see you.
You got this.
When you're ready, the door's open. No pitch, no pressure — just a real conversation.
